Recently created by our team is this direct mail brochure for one of our clients marketing to the social housing sector of the construction industry.
Aimed at specifiers and managers working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, the mailer highlights the many benefits of using concealed, controlled door closers, particularly in houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
The original brief was as detailed as most clients need to give us – ‘we need something for the social housing sector’ – and our response once more demonstrated our ability to take a project from concept to completion.
A range of creative concepts was devised to attract attention, stimulate interest and communicate the key messages. These were presented to the client for discussion and, following this, the preferred version was then refined.
With our extensive knowledge of both product and target audiences we were able to write copy and prepare content, including sourcing appropriate imagery. Minimal input was needed from our client apart from checking, very minor corrections and final approval. We also managed the whole print process to achieve a cost-effective, high quality result.
The project was developed and produced quickly to the client’s deadlines and fulfilment is now in progress.
