This stunning property CGI was created for a Midlands based house builder and property developer.

The exclusive property development in Cheshire comprises two executive houses and sits on level ground which has been excavated from an embankment running beside a country lane.

Client provided architects’ drawings of the main elevations for each house together with material specifications for external finishes. Structural engineer’s drawings for groundworks and embankment retention systems provided additional information from which the surrounding landscape could be prepared and the development’s layout discerned.

The final housing CGI was completed in just three stages, with initial design undergoing minor changes following comments from architect, engineer and developer.

The result is a stunningly realistic architectural visualisation which will feature in future marketing and sales materials.

The architect’s reaction: “The image is very realistic (you sure you haven’t built them already and this is just a photo…?).”
