Design and print property sales pack

This attractive information pack was created for a local house builder and property developer to promote a new housing development.

Our graphic designers were tasked to create a new brand image for the development which could be applied to a variety of marketing collateral, including signage, home information packs, brochures, advertisements and marketing displays.

The folder and insert format allowed the developer to customise presentations by including/excluding details as required. It also meant that changes to specifications could be changed, quickly, easily and cost-effectively.
